Application for approval of the Osta Group Pty Ltd Employee Collective Agreement 2009.
[1] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186, 187 and 188 of the Act have been met, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. It shall operate from 2 September 2009 and have a nominal expiry date of 1 September 2012.
[2] In accordance with s.205(2), the model term is taken to be a term of the Agreement.
