Career Links Enterprise Agreement 2011-2015.

[1] The Master Builders Association NSW (“MBA”) has filed an application on behalf of Network for Educational Workplacement Inc. T/A Career Links for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Career Links Enterprise Agreement 2011-2015 (“the Agreement”).

[2] In proceedings on 13 April 2011, I canvassed a range of matters, including pre-approval steps and aspects of the Agreement as they concerned the National Employment Standards and better off overall considerations. Consequent upon raising such matters, Mr R Grace of the MBA submitted he had been instructed to withdraw the application for approval of the Agreement. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
