MR R.SMITH: If Your Honour pleases,

I appear in this matter on my own behalf.

(instructed by Jervis Smith & Thomas)

HIS HONOUR:  Yes, Mr Smith. Is there any appearance for your

former client?

MR SMITH:  Not that I know of, sir. I did speak to an

interpreter yesterday afternoon who spoke to me

about the matter generally and I invited the

applicant via the interpreter to attend if she so

desired and she does not appear to be here at the

moment.

HIS HONOUR:  I wonder if we should simply page her at the door.

Jt i:s _Mrs Anja Marusic.

THE COURT CRIER:  "Mrs Anja Marusic"

Mrs Marusic is not here, Your Honour.

HIS HONOUR:  Mr Smith, I have read the affidavit and the summons

and I can see no difficulty in your way.

MR SMITH:  Thank you, sir.
HIS HONOUR:  I think it is appropriate that pursuant to

Order 7 subrule (1) that I now make an order

declaring that Mr Smith - or should it be in the

name of the firm?

MR SMITH:  I was not quite sure about that, sir, so I think
it probably should be in the name of the firm
in retrospect.
HIS HONOUR:  Yes. And the firm is Jervis Smith & Thomas?
MR SMITH:  Yes, sir.
HIS HONOUR:  The order will be to declare that the firm of

Jervis Smith & Thomas have ceased to be the solicitors

acting for Mrs Anja Marusic in the proceeding.

I think that is in order.
MR SMITH:  Thank you sir.
HIS HONOUR:  That concludes the business.
