AN ACT to declare the Marrinup Branch

Railway lawfully open for traffic.

[Assented to 8th January, 1912.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis-

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.

This Act may be cited as the Marrinup Branch Railway

Title.

Act, 1911.

2.      The Railway constructed along the route described in the Railway declared

Schedule hereto shall be deemed to have been lawfully constructed open for"traffie. and is hereby declared open -for traffic.

3.

The said Railway shall be deemed to be a Government Rail- Railway declared

to be a

way within the meaning of the Government Railways Act, 1904.

THE SCHEDULE.

The route of the railway commences at a point on the Pinjarra-Marrinup Extension at OS miles 77 chains (mile-post mileage) from Perth, and proceeds thence in a generally Northerly direction for about three miles, to a point distant about 17 chains North-West from the corner of the South-West Timber Hewers' Association's Concession 27/11, and continues thence North-East along a brook to a point five miles 10 chains from the point of commencement and 74 miles 7 chains (mile-post mileage) from Perth. The total length of the route is five miles 10 chains.
