Married Women's Property Act 1935
An Act to consolidate and amend the Acts relating to the property of married women, and to remove certain restrictions applying to married women in relation to their property

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
