1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Petersham:

(a)	Lot 101, DP 1221608, 25 Crystal Street,
(b)	Lot 100, DP 1221608, 85 Margaret Street (being land that was, prior to subdivision, part of the land known as 25 Crystal Street).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Lot 1, DP 749931” from the matter relating to item no I185 in Part 1.

Insert instead “Lot 101, DP 1221608”.
