The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

Amendment of Marrickville Local Environmental

Plan 2011

[1]      Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Marrickville” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of Inner West local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Marrickville)”.

[2]      Clause 6.5 Development in areas subject to aircraft noise

Omit “AS 2021–2000” and “AS 2021—2000” wherever occurring.

Insert instead “AS 2021:2015”.

[3]      Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “and Lot 2, DP 103507” from clause 9 (1).

Insert instead “, Lot 2, DP 103507 and Lots 36 and 37, DP 3164”.

[4]      Schedule 1, clause 11, heading

Omit “36”. Insert instead “32–72”.

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:
