3A	Use of certain land at 74 Edinburgh Road, Marrickville
(1) This clause applies to land at 74 Edinburgh Road, Marrickville, being Lot 202, DP 1133999 in Zone IN1 General Industrial. (2) Development for the purposes of a garden centre and hardware and building supplies is permitted with consent.
