This Plan is Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at Marrickville Road and Railway Parade, Marrickville

This clause applies to land shown coloured blue and identified as “L” on the

Key Sites Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of restaurants or cafes and small bars is

permitted with consent.
