1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 38).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land in the local government area of Marrickville zoned Open Space 6 (A), as shown coloured dark green on the map marked “Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001” deposited in the office of Marrickville Council.

4 Amendment of Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001

Clause 19 Open Space 6 (A) zone

Insert “• community facilities” after “• child care centres” in clause 19 (4).
