1      Name of plan

This plan is Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 10).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone certain land from the Residential 2 (A) zone to the General Business 3 (A) zone under Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001, and

(b)

to reclassify certain land from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land:

(a)

shown edged heavy black and numbered on Sheets 1 to 9 of the map marked “Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 10)” deposited in the offices of Marrickville Council, and

(b)
