REGULATION UNDER THE MARRIAGE ACT 19611

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Marriage Act 1961.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MARRIAGE REGULATIONS2

Fifth Schedule

 The Fifth Schedule to the Marriage Regulations is amended–

• (a)

  by omitting from column 3 of item 4 “1.00” and substituting “4.00”;

• (b)

  by omitting from column 3 of item 5 “1.00” and substituting “3.00”;

• (c)

  by omitting item 6;

• (d)

  by omitting from column 3 of item 10 “2.00” and substituting “4.00”;

• (e)

  by omitting from column 3 of item 12 “10.00” (wherever occurring) and “15.00” and substituting “15.00” and “20.00” respectively; and

• (f)

  by omitting from column 3 of item 13 “10.00” and substituting “15.00”.
