Made under the Marketing of Potatoes Amendment and Repeal Act 2016 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Marketing of Potatoes Amendment and
Repeal Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2021.

Potatoes Amendment and Repeal Act 2016 section 13 comes into operation.

2.     Commencement

The Marketing of Potatoes Amendment and Repeal Act 2016, other than Part 1 and sections 3 to 12, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
