MARKETING OF POTATOES

AMENDMENT ACT

No. 17 of 1990

AN ACT to amend the Marketing of Potatoes Act 1946.

[Assented to 31 July 1990.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Marketing of Potatoes Amendment

Act 1990.

Section 37 amended

2. The Marketing of Potatoes Act 1946* is amended

(a) by inserting after the section designation CC37.” the

subsection designation "(1)"; and

(b) by inserting the following subsection

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985, the financial year of the Authority shall end on 30 September. ".
