Marketing of Lamb Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Marketing of Lamb
Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which come into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Marketing of
Lamb Regulations 1972*.

4.             Regulation 1 amended

Regulation 1(2) is repealed.

5.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in subregulation (1) by deleting “section 16 (10) and”;
(b)

in subregulation (2) by deleting “Corporation” and “ Company ”;

(c) by repealing subregulations (3) and (4).

6.             Regulations 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 repealed

Regulations 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are repealed.
