AN ACT to amend the Marketing of Eggs Act,

1945-1951.

[Assented to 8th December, 1954.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Marketing gritniatiti.

(2) In this Act the Marketing of Eggs Act, 1945-

The principal Act is amended by adding after

section thirty-eight, the following section:-

Section thirty-nine of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "Board" being the last word in subsection (1), the words, "or, in the event of the Board being wound up, for achieving or facilitating the winding up of the Board".
