Regulations under the Marketable Securities Ordinance 1971.*

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marketable Securities Regulations.

2 . Each of the following State Acts is a corresponding law for the purposes

of the definition of "co r respond ing l a w " in sub-section (1 . ) of section 5 of the

Marketable Securities Ordinance 1971 : —

(a) Marketable Securities Act, 1970 of the State of New South Wales;
(b) Marketable Securities Act 1970 of the State of Victoria;

(c) Marketable Securities Act 1970-1971 of the State of Queensland;

(d) Marketable Securities Act, 1971 of the State of South Australia;

(e) Marketable Securities Transfer Act, 1970 of the State of Western

Australia.
