Regulations under the Marketable Securities Ordinance 1971.*

I , hereby make the following Regulations under the Marketable Securities

Ordinance 1971.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marketable Securities Regulations.

2 . T h e Marketable Securities Regulations, being Regulations 1971, N o . 1,

arc repealed.

3 . In these Regulations, " the Ordinance " means the Marketable Securities

Ordinance 1971.

4.—(1.) Each of the following State Acts is a corresponding law for the purposes of the definition of " corresponding law " in sub-section (1.) of section 5 of the Ord inance :—

(a ) Marketable Securities Act, 1970 of the State of N e w South Wales;

(b) Marketable	Securities Act 1970 of the State of Victoria;
(c) Marketable	Securities Act 1970-1971 of the State of Queensland;

(d) Marketable Securities Act, 1971, of the State of South Australia;

(e) Marketable Securities Transfer Act 1970 of the State of Western

Australia;

(/) Marketable Securities Act 1971 of the State of Tasmania .
