Application for relief from unfair dismissal.
[1] Whitehaven Coal Limited has sought that these applications be stood over generally until an application against it and one of its employees filed in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia is resolved.
[2] I have considered the submissions of the parties. I have decided that the applications should be heard without any delay associated with the Federal Circuit Court of Australia application.
[3] All of these applications will be allocated to Senior Deputy President Hamberger for determination.
