Maritime Transport Security Amendment Act 2005

I, JOHN SANDERSON, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Maritime Transport Security Amendment Act 2005, fix 30 September 2005 as the day on which items 3 to 14 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
