1Name

This instrument is the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Amendment (Security Awareness Training) Regulations 2021.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

After paragraph 1.20(3)(g)

Insert:

1. (ga)

   without limiting paragraph (g), ensuring that port personnel are provided with adequate training in security awareness; and

2

After paragraph 1.25(3)(b)

Insert:

1. (ba)

   ensuring that port facility personnel are provided with adequate training in security awareness; and
