MARITIME SERVICES ACT 1935—REGULATION

(Relating to fees for occupation licences)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Maritime Services Act 1935, has been pleased to approve the Regulation made by the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales and set forth hereunder.

The Maritime Services Board of New South Wales, in pursuance of the

Maritime Services Act 1935, makes the following Regulation:

The Management of Waters and Waterside Lands Regulations—N.S. W.

are amended:

(a)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (2) (c) (i) the matter “$450” and by inserting instead the matter “$850”;
(b)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (2) (c) (ii) the matter “$250” and by inserting instead the matter “$550”;
(c)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (2) (c) (ii) the matter “$175” and by inserting instead the matter “$375”;
(d)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (3) (6) (i) the matter “$250” and by inserting instead the matter “$550”;
(e)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (3) (6) (ii) the matter “$150” and by inserting instead the matter “$350”;
(f)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (3) (c) (iii) the matter “$100” and by inserting instead the matter “$200”;
(g)	by omitting from Regulation 36B (4) (c) (i) the matter “$125” and by inserting instead the matter “$325”;

(h) by omitting from Regulation 36B (4) (c) (ii) the matter ‘‘$100” and by inserting instead the matter “$200”;

(i) by omitting from Regulation 36B (4) (c) (iii) the matter “$65” and by inserting instead the matter “$165”;

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Management of Waters and
Waterside Lands Regulations—N.S.W. so as to correct an error in the circulation of
certain fees for occupation licences currently prescribed by those Regulations.
