MARITIME SERVICES ACT 1935 - REGULATION
(Changing the name of a port)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Maritime Services Act 1935, has been pleased to approve the Regulation made by the Maritime Services Board and set forth hereunder.

The Maritime Services Board, in pursuance of the Maritime Services
Act 1935, makes the following Regulation:
Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 30 June 1990.
Amendment
2. Schedule 1 to the Ports Boundaries Regulation 1978 is amended by omitting the words "Twofold Bay" from Column 1 and by inserting instead the word "Eden".

The Ports Boundaries Regulation 1978 defines the boundaries of each of the ports administered by the Maritime Services Board. The object of this Regulation is to change the name of the port known as Twofold Bay without altering its boundaries. The port will be known as Eden.
