Legislative history

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Maritime Services (Access) Regulations 2001.

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

the Act means the Maritime Services (Access) Act 2000.

4—Declaration of the Port of Ardrossan (section 5(1)(g))

The Port of Ardrossan is declared to be a port capable of being brought within the application of the Act.

5—Extension of operation of Part 3 of Act

Pursuant to section 43 of the Act, Part 3 of the Act continues in operation for a further triennial cycle (commencing 31 October 2007).
