s1 2 s3 Maritime and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2007 No. 82, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Maritime and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2007 . 2 Postponed commencement of particular uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 17 May 2008. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Maritime and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006 stated in the schedule. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 19 May 2008.
