These Regulations may be cited as the
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
(1) Clause 5.2 of section 1 is adopted as modified in the manner provided by subregulation (2).
(2) There shall be in addition to the specification of sheltered water areas contained in Appendix B – NT to note 2 of clause 5.2 of section 1:
(a) with respect to smooth waters, those areas set out in Column 1 of Schedule 1 opposite those limits set out in Column 2; and
(b) with respect to partially smooth waters, those areas set out in Column 1 of Schedule 2 opposite those limits set out in Column 2.
