His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Marine Safety Act 1998.

Explanatory note

increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.	The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the Marine Safety Act 1998. The fee general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Marine Safety (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2015.

2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
