Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Marine Safety Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Marine Safety (General) Regulation 2009 to increase certain fees payable under the Marine Safety Act 1998. The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

Certain other fees are not being increased and the fee for a young adult boat driving licence and 137 (the general regulation-making power).

for a term of less than 6 months is being reduced from $14 to $13.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Marine Safety (General) Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
