His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Marine Safety Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are:
| (a) | to increase certain fees payable under the Marine Safety Act 1998, and |
| (b) | to remove certain fees payable to the State in relation to matters arising under the Commonwealth domestic commercial vessel national law. |
This Regulation is made under the Marine Safety Act 1998, including sections 9M, 19K (1), 37 (2) (k) and
137 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Marine Safety Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2018.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
