Marine Safety Act 1998 No New South Wales

121—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Marine Safety Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2000 as the day on which Schedule 3.5 to that Act, and section 142 of that Act in its application to Schedule 3.5, commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence an amendment to the Local Government Act 1993 with respect to notices erected by local councils that prohibit or regulate the use of any waters by vessels.
