This regulation may be cited as the Marine (Registration, Survey, Equipment and Load Line) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Marine (Registration, Survey, Equipment and Load Line) Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 4. The expenses mentioned in clause 12(b) are calculated having regard to any appropriate determination in force under the PublicServiceManagementandEmploymentRegulation1988 or any document in substitution for it.
