Part 2 Amendment of Marine Parks (Great Barrier Reef Coast) Zoning Plan 2004 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Marine Parks (Great Barrier Reef Coast) Zoning Plan 2004. 3 Amendment of s 26 (Entry or use with permission) Section 26(2)(k), (l) and (n), ‘objectives mentioned in section 24’— omit, insert— ‘objects stated in the Regulation, schedule 1, section 3’. 4 Amendment of s 67 (Special management provision) (1) Section 67(1)— omit. (2) Section 67(2), (3) and (4)— renumber as section 67(1), (2) and (3). (3) Section 67(2) as renumbered, ‘Subsection (2)’— omit, insert— ‘Subsection (1)’.
