PART 2—AMENDMENT OF MARINE PARKS (MORETON BAY) ZONING PLAN 1997 2 Zoning plan amended in pt 2 This part amends the Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Zoning Plan 1997. 3 Omission of ss 14, 18 and 23 Sections 14, 18 and 23— omit. 4 Amendment of s 26 (Entry or use of buffer zone with permission) Section 26(d), ‘passenger or’— omit, insert — ‘passengers or transfer’. 5 Amendment of s 62 (Access in special circumstances) Section 62(1)(c), ‘ordinances’— omit, insert — ‘ordnances’.
