s1 2 s3 Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Amendment Zoning Plan No. 290, 2007 (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This zoning plan may be cited as the Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Amendment Zoning Plan (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Zoning plan amended This zoning plan amends the Marine Parks (Moreton Bay) Zoning Plan 1997. 3 ‘21A Amendment of sch 2 (Boundaries of designated areas within marine park) Schedule 2, part 7— insert— Houghton Highway designated works area ‘Consists of the area, the boundary of which— (a) starts on the marine park boundary at the point 506301.767 east, 6981863.364 north; and (b) then runs in a generally north-westerly direction at a bearing of 323º25'43'' for about 38.724m to the point 506283.856 east, 6981897.679 north; and (c) then runs in a generally north-westerly direction at a bearing of 316º29'30'' for about 72.631m to the point 506242.736 east, 6981957.512 north; and (d) then runs in a generally north-westerly direction at a bearing of 307º22'4'' for about 40.842m to the point 506214.568 east, 6981987.065 north; and (e) then runs in a generally north-westerly direction at a bearing of 300º27'47'' for about 56.31m to the point 506171.119 east, 6982022.847 north; and (f) then runs in a generally southerly direction at a bearing of 207º25'14'' for about 11.523m to the point 506164.343 east, 6982013.603 north; and (g) then runs in a generally westerly direction at a bearing of 258º38'24'' for about 19.148m to the point 506145.219 east, 6982012.818 north; and
