s1 2 s3 Marine Parks Legislation Amendment Regulation No. 285, 2001 (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Marine Parks Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Instrument amended This regulation amends the instrument made as an order in council under the Act and gazetted on 3 October 1987 at page 395. 3 Amendment of schedule Schedule, after ‘zoning plan’— insert— ‘other than lots 100 to 107, 200, 300, 301, 400, 500, 501, 502 and 600 on State plan 135284 situated in the county of Elphinstone, parish of Magnetic and containing an area of about 20.5196 ha’.
