Part 2 Amendment of Fisheries Regulation 2008 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Fisheries Regulation 2008. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Declared fish habitat areas) Schedule 3, entry for Maroochy FHA –008— omit, insert Maroochy FHA–008 (revision 1) The declared fish habitat area includes the following— the parts of the road and esplanade that are north of Channel Island and within the outer boundary shown on the plan the tidal land on lot 721 on plan CG5072 (Chambers Island). The declared fish habitat area excludes land within the following lots that is not tidal land— lot 3 on RP43727 lot 3 on RP48355 lot 361 on plan CG4295 lot 428 on plan C31740 lot 509 on plan NPW594. Part 4 Marine Parks and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 Part 4 Amendment of Marine Parks Regulation 2006 [s 10] Amendment of Marine Parks Regulation 2006 10 Regulation amended This part amends the Marine Parks Regulation 2006. 11 Amendment of s 18 (Restriction on grant of permission for commercial whale watching program) (1) Section 18(1), from ‘Queensland’ to ‘the waters.’— omit, insert— the Great Sandy Marine Park only if there are less than 20 current authorities applying for the marine park. (2) Section 18(2), from ‘in Queensland’ to ‘the waters.’— omit , insert in the Moreton Bay Marine Park only if there are less than 3 current authorities applying for the marine park. (3) Section 18(3), from ‘in Queensland’ to ‘Bay.’— omit, insert— in the Point Lookout area within the Moreton Bay Marine Park. (4) Section 18(4), definition south-western Moreton Bay omit . (5) Section 18(4)— insert Point Lookout area , within the Moreton Bay Marine Park, means the area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27º18.000' south (at 2014 SL No. 203 Page 5
