s1 2 s4 Marine Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 13, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Marine Parks Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Marine Parks Regulation 1990. 3 Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) (1) Section 2— insert outer boundary 1 The outer boundary of a mangrove forest is the boundary formed by the line that connects the trunks of the outermost mangroves in the forest. 2 For paragraph 1, the line that connects the trunks of the outermost mangroves in the forest must disregard any prop roots that extend further out from the trunk of any of the mangroves.’. (2) Section 2, definition coastal 500 m line , paragraph 1, ‘100 m’— omit, insert 500 m ’. 4 Amendment of sch 7 (Townsville/Whitsunday Management Area) (1) Schedule 7, section 4, heading, after ‘Bay’— insert and Cleveland Bay ’. (2) Schedule 7, section 5, 12th and 13th dot points— omit, insert
