MARINE PARKS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991
Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 35 Department of Environment and Heritage Brisbane, 25th July, 1991 HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the Marine Parks Act 1982 , has been pleased to make the following regulations. Minister for Environment and Heritage MARINE PARKS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991 Short title 1. These regulations may be cited as the Marine Parks Amendment Regulations 1991. Amended regulations 2. The Marine Parks Regulations 1990 are amended as set out in these regulations. Amendment of Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1—
2 Marine Parks Amendment Regulations No.35, 1991 (a) omit PART 1, insert PART 1 Fees payable in respect of assessment of tourist operation (regulations 5 and 9) The following fees are prescribed for assessment of applications for permission to carry out activities in Marine Parks for the purpose of tourism or for purposes connected with tourism. Where an activity is referred to in more than 1 item, the fee payable is the fee for the item to which the higher or highest fee relates.
