Commencement
This Order commences immediately after the commencement of Marine Order 53 (Vessels in polar waters) 2016.

Schedule 1 amends Marine Order 31 (Vessel surveys and certification) 2015.

[1] Paragraph 43(2)(f)
substitute
(f)an Australian Certificate for the Carriage of Livestock under Marine Order 43 (Cargo and cargo handling — livestock) 2006;
(g) a Polar Ship Certificate under Marine Order 53 (Vessels in polar waters) 2016.
