Marine Navigational Aids Amendment

Regulations 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Marine Navigational Aids Amendment
Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Marine Navigational Aids Regulations 1985.
4.	Regulation 3 amended In regulation 3(1) delete "the Schedule" and insert:

Schedule 1

More than 6 m but not more than 10 m 152.40

5.            Schedule replaced

Delete the Schedule and insert:

Schedule 1 - Fees - Fishing Boats

The fees in the Table are payable in respect of the provision of marine navigational aids outside any port under the control of a port authority and the approaches to that port.
