Marine Navigational Aids Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Marine Navigational Aids Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Marine
Navigational Aids Regulations 1985*.

4.             Schedule amended

The Schedule is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting “$99.60” and inserting instead —

“ $103.10 ”;

(b) by deleting “$130.40” and inserting instead —

“ $135.00 ”;

(c) by deleting “$190.90” and inserting instead —

“ $197.70 ”;

(d) by deleting “$292.90” and inserting instead —

“ $303.40 ”;

(e) by deleting “$446.90” and inserting instead —

“ $462.90 ”;

(f) by deleting “$698.30” and inserting instead —
