Marine Navigational Aids Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Marine Navigational Aids
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

(a)	in Item (a) by deleting "$90.20" and inserting instead " $92.40 ";
(b)	in Item (b) by deleting "$117.70" and inserting instead —
“ $121.00 ";

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Marine
Navigational Aids Regulations 1985*.

4.            Schedule amended

The Schedule is amended as follows:

(d)	in Item (d) by deleting "$265.10" and inserting instead — " $271.70 ";
(e)	in Item (e) by deleting "$403.70" and inserting instead —

(f)	in Item (f) by deleting "$631.40" and inserting instead —
" $647.90 ".
