Marine Navigational Aids Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Marine Navigational Aids
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.             Schedule amended

The Schedule to the Marine Navigational Aids
Regulations 1985* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item (a) by deleting “$79” and inserting instead — “ $88.00 ”;
(b)	in item (b) by deleting “$102” and inserting instead — “ $114.40 ”;
(c)	in item (c) by deleting “$150” and inserting instead — “ $168.30 ”;
(d)	in item (d) by deleting “$231” and inserting instead — “ $258.50 ”;
(e)	in item (e) by deleting “$352” and inserting instead — “ $393.80 ”;
(f)	in item (f) by deleting “$550” and inserting instead — “ $616.00 ”.
