MARINE NAVIGATIONAL AIDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Marine Navigational Aids

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Schedule amended

3.     The Schedule to the Marine Navigational Aids Regulations 1985* is

amended by deleting the portion of the Schedule after "exclusive of

bowsprit — ' and substituting the following —
