MARINE NAVIGATIONAL AIDS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Marine Navigational Aids Amendment

Regulations 1990. Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Schedule amended

3.The Schedule to the Marine Navigational Aids Regulations 1985* is amended

by deleting—

(a)	does not exceed 6 metres	64
(b)	exceeds 6 metres but does not exceed 10 metres	81
(c)	exceeds 10 metres but does not exceed 20 metres	121
(d)	exceeds 20 metres but does not exceed 30 metres	185
(e)	exceeds 30 metres	243

and substituting the following—

(a) does not exceed, 6 metres 68
