Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Act 1991.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “14.5 cents”, substitute “16.5 cents”.

3.2   Subregulation 4 (2):

Omit “14 cents”, substitute “16 cents”.

3.3   Subregulation 4 (3):

Omit “12 cents”, substitute “13.5 cents”.

3.4   Subregulation 4 (4):

Omit “11.5 cents”, substitute “13 cents”.
