Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Collection Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Collection Regulations.

Payment of levy

For paragraph 7 (4) (c) of the Act, payment of levy may be made by electronic funds transfer to the Collector.
