1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 2001.

3Amendment of Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Regulations 1992

Schedule 1 amends the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Regulations 1992.

4Amount of levy

• (1)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (a) of the Act, the amount is 20.5 cents.

• (2)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (b) of the Act, the amount is 20 cents.

• (3)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (c) of the Act, the amount is 17 cents.

• (4)

  For paragraph 7 (2) (d) of the Act, the amount is 15.5 cents.
