 These regulations are the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 1).

 These regulations commence on 1 July 1999.

 These regulations are the Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy Regulations 1992.

4Amount of levy

  • (1)

    For paragraph 7 (2) (a) of the Act, 18.5 cents is prescribed.

  • (2)

    For paragraph 7 (2) (b) of the Act, 18 cents is prescribed.

  • (3)

    For paragraph 7 (2) (c) of the Act, 15.5 cents is prescribed.

  • (4)

    For paragraph 7 (2) (d) of the Act, 14 cents is prescribed.
