Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Marine Navigation Levy Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1 The Marine Navigation Levy

 Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Amount of levy)

3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “48 cents”, substitute “45 cents”.

3.2   Subregulation 4 (2):

Omit “40 cents”, substitute “36 cents”.

3.3   Subregulation 4 (3):

Omit “30 cents”, substitute “27 cents”.

3.4   Subregulation 4 (4):

Omit “15 cents”, substitute “12 cents”.
